This case is everything I was hoping it would be and more; however, the customer service needs a little work.
My old phone case had its share of ware and tear, so after searching for about a week, I found this gem and proceeded to ordered it. Almost a month went by before I contacted them to see if I needed to find another case/company; in order to provide proper protection for my phone. When the month was up and I still hadn’t heard anything I proceeded to order another case and contact my credit card company to let them know. Not even a a week later I finally got aNotification that this case was finally In route; however, I now have two cases being shipped, the second one showed up two days before this case. Although the second case doesn’t even “hold a candle” to the quality, attention to detail, and the all love that went into making that of which is my absolute favorite case; a little communication would have been nice.
